Starting tonight, TeleFutura debuts “Noche de Perros,” a late-night show targeting men, billed by the network as “the best in testosterone-charged news and entertainment.”

Hosts Carlos Calderón, Gabriel Varela and Daniel Carles will be discussing “manly topics such as sports, news, hobbies and mainly women,” says a Telefutura press release.

Carlos Calderón, a Univision personality for 11 years, was most recently guest host for “El Gordo y la Flaca” and also hosted “Acceso Máximo.”  In addition to joining “Noche de Perros,” Carlos hosts “El Colmillo,” his own national entertainment show on Univision Radio. He’ll be taking the “Perro Sabio” (the wise dog) role in the show.

Gabriel Varela is an actor, producer and director, who has worked in theater and feature films.  He’s the “Perro Sensible” (the sensible dog).

Daniel Carles, a radio and TV industry vet, who has worked as a TV host for local Venezuelan stations RCTV and Televen, as well as the pan regional edition of E! Entertainment Television Latin America, is the “Perro Macho”  (the macho dog).

The TeleFutura production will air Monday-Friday at 11 p.m. ET/PT (10 p.m. Central).
