Stephen Espinoza has been named Executive Vice President and General Manager of Showtime Sports. He replaces Ken Hershman, who left in October to oversee HBO Sports.
In his new role, Espinoza will be in charge of the day-to-day activities of the sports and event group.
Espinoza spent the last 10 years as a partner at Ziffren Brittenham LLP, where he was best known for repping athletes and sports personalities, including professional boxers Oscar De La Hoya and Mike Tyson. He was also the lead attorney for de la Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions.
