MegaTV launches news show

MegaTV today announced the debut of “De Frente,” a news program that will air Mon-Fri at 5 pm ET.  The one hour show actually gets its start today, January 23.

“De Frente” will be hosted by Alejandro Marcano Santelli, María Alejandra Requena and Max Aub.

The news team also includes reporter René Pedrosa. Vera Castillo is the Executive Producer.

María Alejandra was most recently co-host of MegaTV’s “Paparazzi Magazine.”

Alejandro started his journalism career in his native Venezuela, having worked at Televén and Globovisión.  He most recently worked as host of MegaTV’s “Los Implicados,” and anchored “Mega News” and “Mega News Nocturno.”

Max Aub joins MegaTV after a recent run hosting “Persiguiendo Injusticias” on Telemundo.  He has previously worked as at Televisa, TV Azteca and Grupo Latino de Radio.
