Telemundo NY wins best newscast Emmy; Univision also picks up awards

Telemundo’s WNJU-47 won 5 Emmys, including Best Newscast Under 35 Minutes at the 55th Annual New York Emmy awards, which took place last Saturday, April 1st.

These are the other categories where the station picked up awards:

Spot News Story – West New York NJ DOE Brawl. May 16, 2011. Yaima Crespo, Reporter; Bernabe Ramos, Camera.

Military: Program – Soldado Taveras: Navidad en Casa. December 12, 2010. Luis Alejandro Medina, Reporter; Bernabe Ramos, Camera Operator.
