New job for Alemán at SBS

Spanish Broadcasting System Inc.(SBS) has named Alex Alemán Senior Vice President of Consolidated Operations effective immediately. He’ll be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the company’s budgets, with particular emphasis on maximizing efficiencies and streamlining operations of SBS’ different radio, television, interactive and entertainment divisions. He’ll report to Albert Rodriguez Chief Operating Officer of SBS.

Prior to his appointment as SVP of Operations, Alemán was Vice President of Operations of the television since January 2008. Before that, he spent 4 years as Director of Operations of the television segment.

He previously worked in leadership roles at Discovery Communications, Manhattan Transfer Miami, and Colony Communications.
