Morales to moderate nuvoTV election special

August 17, 2012 by Veronica Villafañe

nuvoTV is also jumping into the political arena.  The network will air the special “We Decide: Latinos and the 2012 Election,” this Sunday, August 19 at 8:00PM (ET/PT).  “NBC Today” news anchor Natalie Morales will moderate the town hall-style TV special.

The hour-long program will explore how this year’s presidential candidates are addressing crucial issues facing America’s Latinos.  It also marks the beginning of a partnership between nuvoTV and NBC News’ Peacock Production.

Governor Bill Richardson, Congressman Luis Gutierrez, MALDEF’s Thomas A. Saenz,  NCLR’s Janet Murguía, and Romney Advisor Rudy Fernández and comedian Paul Rodriguez are among the scheduled panelists.

The show was taped on July 17 at NBC Studios in New York.
