O’Neill leaves Univision NY

April 22, 2013 by Veronica Villafañe

Sandra O’Neill, who has been a reporter/anchor for WXTV-41 for the past 5 years, has left the Univision New York station.  Her last day was Friday.

She’s moving back to Los Angeles, where she will be freelancing for KMEX-34.

Sandra was most recently reporter/anchor for “Al Despertar,” Univision’s morning show in NY.  She previously worked as a reporter and anchor at KRCA-62, the Estrella TV station in Los Angeles.

The “Al Despertar” team gave her a send-off during the morning show, which included a welcome message from KMEX-34 reporters.
