Carlos Slim to launch U.S. Spanish-language network for Mexicans

Is there room for a new Spanish-language network in the U.S.?

Carlos Slim’s team seems to think so.

Slim’s América Móvil subsidiary Publicidad y Contenido Editorial announced plans to launch Nuestra Vision, a channel made “by Mexicans for Mexicans,” in 2017.

The venture will be run by CEO Victor Herrera and VP Stephano Herrera and be transmitted from Mexico.
