Julio Vaqueiro makes his debut as co-anchor of “Noticias Telemundo Fin de Semana” this Saturday, November 11.
He steps into his new role a month after the network announced his appointment.
Vaqueiro joins Felicidad Aveleyra, who had been anchoring the network’s 6:30 pm weekend newscast solo since August when Luis Carlos Vélez left the network.
Vaqueiro’s move to network news comes after a 5-year run as news anchor at KVEA Telemundo 52 in Los Angeles.
