Martínez moves to Telemundo Austin

August 29, 2018 by Veronica Villafañe

Olivia Martínez moves up two markets in Nielsen’s Hispanic DMA ranks – from 41 to 39 – for a new job in Texas.

She is now a multimedia journalist at CBS Telemundo Austin. She’ll be reporting for the weekday newscasts at 5 and 10 pm.

She started Monday, August 27.

For the past 15 months, Martínez worked at Telemundo Oklahoma, where she was a morning MMJ and anchor.

She landed her first job in the broadcast business two weeks after graduating from the University of North Texas in June 2017.
