Benavides returns as content producer to NBC4 in DC

Brandon Benavides is heading back to Washington, D.C. to rejoin the NBC 4 news team in Washington D.C.

He returns to the station’s morning show as content producer.

His first day on the job is December 10.

Benavides previously worked at WRC-TV from 2010 to 2015. That’s when he moved back to his hometown to become executive producer of “Good Morning San Antonio” at KSAT.

His last day at the ABC affiliate in San Antonio on November 16.

He has also worked at KSTP-TV in Minneapolis as a senior news producer and as EP for KETK-56 in Tyler, Tx.

Benavides was national president of NAHJ from 2016 ro 2018.
