Csanyi starts new job as KYTX news director

Zoltan Csanyi has left KGBT after four years leading the news department for the Sinclair-owned CBS and Azteca América affiliates in the Rio Grande Valley.

He has moved to a news director position at KYTX in Tyler, TX.

His first day at the TEGNA-owned CBS affiliate was Monday, January 14.

Prior to KGBT, he spent two years as a coordinating producer for ESPN in Bristol.

His previous jobs as news director were in Texas, at Univision affiliate KINT-26 and NBC affiliate KTSM in El Paso, and KXTX Telemundo Dallas.
