Simonés joins Telemundo 48 as MMJ

Claudia Simonés has joined Telemundo 48 as a reporter for the station’s weekend newscast. She’ll also be a multimedia journalist for Noticiero Telemundo 48 weekdays at 5, 5:30, 6 and 11 pm.

Simonés started her new job last week.

Prior to moving to San Jose, she spent two years as an MMJ for the Noticias Ya-branded newscasts at the Entravision-owned Univision affiliate in San Diego.

Simonés previously worked as an MMJ at Univision affiliates in Palm Springs and McAllen.
