Uranga helps kick off new online pub dot.LA

January 27, 2020 by Veronica Villafañe

Rachel Uranga has joined the founding editorial team of a new online pub that launches today.

dot.LA focuses on L.A.’s startup and tech community.

Uranga is one of five journalists on the launch team.

As a reporter for dot.LA, she says she’ll “be looking for the next cultural change makers, the investors that understand the complexity of a city made up of transplants, immigrants, and visionaries with bold ideas.”

Uranga previously worked as a reporter for the Los Angeles Business Journal and Reuters.

According to the publisher, the company is actively hiring more reporters and editors.
