Peluffo returns to TV news at Univision San Antonio

March 2, 2020 by Veronica Villafañe

Jaime Peluffo has made his way back to television news. He has started a new job as MMJ at Univision 41 in San Antonio.

He’s working weekday mornings.

The move marks a return to the station, where he started his journalism career and worked from 1997 to 2000.

Peluffo quit his job as a reporter at Univision 14 in San Francisco in March 2019 for a government communications job. At the time, he shared he led the industry “to pursue a slower pace and a better work and family balance.”

Peluffo also worked for Telemundo’s KSTS in San Jose and the now defunct Telemundo production center for 11 years.
