Kristina Puga

Puga tapped as producer for Telemundo’s “Pulso News”

April 13, 2020 by Veronica Villafañe

Kristina Puga has left her home base of NYC to join Telemundo’s digital news team in the company’s Miami headquarters.

She is now a writer and producer for “Pulso News,” a millennial-geared news show on the new mobile platform Quibi, which launched on April 6.

Most recently, she was an editor at Business Wire since 2015, as well as a contributing writer for NBCNews.com, focusing on the Latino community in the U.S.

From October 2011 through January 2014, she was a web producer for the short-lived NBCLatino.com, where she wrote profiles on inspirational Latinos in the U.S.

Puga was also the founding editor of WiserWithAge.com, a site that highlights inspirational people over 60.
