William Negrón has left his position as producer at KVEA Telemundo 52 for a step up to senior producer at rival Univision 34.
He’ll be producing for the Los Angeles-based regional noon newscast, “Edición Digital California.” The 12:30 pm show, anchored by Yarel Ramos, can be seen in LA, Fresno, the SF Bay Area, Sacramento and Bakersfield.
He started the new gig today.
Negrón, who joined KVEA 52 in 2016, previously spent three years as a news producer at Telemundo Houston.
Before that, he held several producer and reporter jobs in his native Puerto Rico.
