Axios partners with Telemundo to launch “Axios Latino”

March 18, 2021 by Veronica Villafañe Leave a Comment

Axios and Noticias Telemundo today announced they have teamed up to launch Axios Latino, a weekly English-language newsletter that will examine key issues impacting the Latino community.

Reporters Marina E. Franco of Noticias Telemundo and Russell Contreras of Axios will lead production of the newsletter, which debuts March 25.

This will mark the first time Axios partners with a news organization to produce one of its signature and popular industry-specific newsletters, maximizing the company’s Smart Brevity® style and format, designed to give readers concise and easy to scan information.

Axios Latino also represents a new English-language editorial offering from Noticias Telemundo.

According to the companies, Axios Latino will:

  • Analyze the impact of the leading political and economic stories on the Latino community
  • Curate the best stories highlighting Latino perspectives
  • Provide insight on the most critical issues with original reporting and analysis
  • Offer readers a comprehensive resource on Latino news
