Telemundo Las Vegas hires Samuel Toledo as MMJ

KBLR Telemundo Las Vegas has hired Samuel Toledo to join its news team as a multimedia journalist.

He’ll be reporting for Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas on weekdays at 5, 5:30, 6 and 11 pm.

He replaces Cinthia Maldonado, who left the station to return home to Denver.

His on-air debut will be this Friday, March 12.

Toledo was most recently a reporter at Univision 23 in Miami. Before that, he worked as a reporter and producer for EVTV Miami.

Previously, he was a reporter for La Calle TV New York and AreaNewYork.com. Prior to his move to New York in 2017, he held various positions in print, TV and radio his native Venezuela, including editor at Diario Nueva Prensa de Oriente and reporter at Oasis Televisión and FM Noticias 95.9FM Barcelona, Venezuela.
