Hemisphere Media Group ups Jimmy Arteaga Grustein to Chief Content Officer

Jimmy Arteaga Grustein has been promoted to chief content officer Hemisphere Media Group.

He was most recently president of programming, production and promotion at WAPA-TV.

He will report to Jorge Hidalgo, president, and CEO of WAPA Media.

In his new role, Arteaga Grustein will continue to oversee all aspects of WAPA Television’s production, programming, and promotion.

Arteaga Grustein will also take charge of production and programming for Hemisphere’s cable and digital channels, which include U.S. Hispanic cable networks Cinelatino, Pasiones, WAPA América, CentroAméricaTV, and Televisión Dominicana, and newly launched free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channels WAPA+, TodoCine, and Todo Drama.
