Yessi Hernández has officially been named full-time news and entertainment anchor and host of Telemundo 47’s “Acceso Total.”
She had been the interim host of the New York station’s weekday 11:30 am ET entertainment and lifestyle program since February 2023, following the departure of Victoria Sosa, who relocated to Miami.
In addition to hosting the show, she will also continue to do special segments that air on Telemundo 47’s 5 pm weekday newscast.
Hernández is the co-founder of the cultural website “La Guía Cultural” in New York and has won awards for her work as an actress and playwright.
She started her carrer in her native Venezuela, where she was a host, producer and reporter for various radio stations for almost a decade.
