Karla Sosa leaves KRQE for MMJ job at KRDO

Karla Sosa has moved from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs.

She is joining ABC affiliate KRDO 13 as a bilingual MMJ, where she will also be filling-in on Telemundo.

It was a quick turnaround for Sosa – just one weekend. Her last day at KRQE News 13 was Friday, May 3. She started her new job today.

She had worked at KRQE since July 2022. She previously she was an MMJ at WHBF in Illinois.

Sosa started her career as a reporter at KAPP-KVEW in Yakima, Washington in 2017.

Prior to her on-camera roles, she was a news assistant at KABC-TV and a programming coordinator at KWHY-22 in Los Angeles.
