ESPN Deportes Radio to broadcast Copa América 2011 matches live from Argentina

June 30, 2011 by Veronica Villafañe

The Copa América 2011 kicks off tomorrow and ESPN Deportes Radio will be providing live coverage of all 26 matches directly from Argentina. The first game is Argentina vs. Bolivia.

The network’s top talent will be on-site at local stadiums. Among the soccer experts covering the championship: Jorge Ramos, Jairo Moncada, Omar Orlando Salazar, Hernán Pereyra, Manuel Kun, and Ricardo Mayorga.

Argentinian World Cup Champion Mario “El Matador” Kempes will provide expert analysis on all the matches. For the first time in history, he’ll also be calling the July 11 match between Argentina vs. Costa Rica for ESPN Deportes Radio in the stadium that bears his own name in Córdoba.

ESPNdeportes.com will also feature extensive Copa América 2011 coverage in a dedicated section featuring pre and post analysis of the matches, statistics, extensive online videos, and podcasts.

You can find the schedule of the games on their website.
