Telemundo debuts season 2 of Top Chef Estrellas

Telemundo network is bringing back its Spanish-language version of “Top Chef.”

The second season of the original reality competition “Top Chef Estrellas” debuts this Sunday, January 11th at 9 pm ET.

Shot in Boston and produced by production house Magical Elves, the show is hosted by TV personality and restaurateur Ingrid Hoffmann. Chefs Lorena Garcia, Jaime Martín Del Campo and Ramiro Arvizu return as judges for the new season.

Celebrities participating in the cooking competition: Gabriel Coronel, Kimberly Dos Ramos, Sissi Fleitas, Judith Grace, Fabián Ríos, Don Pedro Rivera, Maripily Rivera, Henry Santos, Fernando Vargas and Gabriela Vergara.

The celebrities compete for a total sum of $100,000 awarded to charities of their choice, but only one will be named “Top Chef.”

Telemundo will air “Suelta la Sopa Extra” at 10:30 pm ET to review the show and showcase a preview of the upcoming episodes.

Telemundo first announced it was adapting Bravo’s “Top Chef” format in 2013.
