Entravision announced it has promoted two of its executives, effective immediately. Lilly González has been upped to EVP of Integrated Marketing Solutions, East Coast. Her promotion paves the way for Humberto Hormaza to step into her previous role of SVP, Integrated Marketing Solutions, Orlando.

In her new position, González be the team leader for all of Entravision’s East Coast cross-platform assets, including Washington D.C., Hagerstown, MD, Boston, Hartford-Springfield, CT, Orlando and Tampa.

She’ll be responsible for developing and executing hyper-local marketing packages for corporate and national initiatives, as well as providing analyses of regional audiences, advertisers and public affairs. She’ll report directly to Chief Revenue Officer Mario M. Carrera.

González began her broadcasting career at Entravision’s WVEA-TV in Tampa in 1999, rising to the role of SVP. She moved to WVEN in Orlando as SVP in 2014.

Hormaza takes over the role of driving client-based marketing campaigns and supporting González in the Orlando market. He joined the company as VP of Integrated Marketing Solutions for Entravision’s WVEN-TV, WOTF-TV and WNUE-FM stations in September of 2014.

Entravision also recently named Marta Salazar Political Outreach Director, responsible for overseeing political ad sales for the company’s television and radio stations. She’ll identify, develop and manage all political revenue generated from political campaigns, candidates, and Super PACs. She’ll also report directly to Carrera.

Salazar was previously an account executive at FOX Television in Washington, DC, leading advertising efforts for its top local market television stations. She was also responsible for Scripps’ Political Advocacy Media Sales on a national level during the 2011-2012 political election season.
