Jimenez heads to WCAU as morning anchor

Stephania Jimenez jumps 120 markets to land at Philadelphia’s WCAU.

She has left KRIS in Corpus Christi to join NBC10 as weekend morning anchor.

She starts the new job on Friday, July 27.

During the past four years, Jimenez was evening news anchor and reporter at the Corpus Christi NBC affiliate. Her last day at the station was July 4.

Jimenez was previously an investigative and consumer reporter-anchor for NBC Connecticut in Hartford from 2012 to 2014.

She also worked as an anchor, reporter and producer for KTSM/KDBC in El Paso from 2011 to 2012.

Before that, she spent four years a writer for Fox News Radio.
