Telemundo Las Vegas taps Carrera for investigative unit

November 13, 2018 by Veronica Villafañe

Telemundo Las Vegas has hired Claudia Carrera as a video journalist and producer for the station’s investigative consumer unit Telemundo Responde.

She started at the station yesterday, but her on-air debut date is yet to be determined. She’ll be part of the Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas at 5:30 pm.

Carrera was most recently a news reporter for EstrellaTV’s Los Angeles newscast “Noticiero 62.” She had been at the LBI Media-owned station since January 2016. During her tenure there, she also worked as a news writer for EstrellaTV’s national newscast.

She also collaborated as host/writer for Nooz Crazy, a pop culture online news source.
