Romina Rosado - Borja Perez

Telemundo promotes Romina Rosado, creates new role for Borja Pérez

December 4, 2018 by Veronica Villafañe

Execs Romina Rosado and Borja Pérez have moved into new roles at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises.

Rosado has been promoted to SVP, Digital Media, barely three months after joining the company as SVP of Noticias Telemundo and Digital News.

She’ll now lead digital, social, and mobile experiences for Hispanic audiences in the U.S. and abroad, and create scaled digital sponsorship opportunities and branded content – a role previously held by Pérez.

Meanwhile, Perez assumes the newly created position of SVP, Revenue Strategy and Innovation. Tasked with expanding Telemundo’s revenue strategy efforts, he’ll oversee development of new monetizable opportunities across linear and digital for U.S. and international markets, as well as integrations targeting the Hispanic market.

Rosado and Pérez will continue to be based in Miami and report to Peter Blacker, EVP of Revenue, Strategy and Innovation.

Prior to Telemundo, Rosado was SVP of Global Content at NBCUniversal, E! in Los Angeles where she oversaw all content, news gathering, audience development, and product for the company’s news division.

Before Telemundo, Perez was Director of U.S. Hispanic and International Business Development for AOL Media Networks.
