Rodríguez was most recently executive producer for the 6 and 11 pm newscasts at KMEX Univision 34.

Prior to landing at Univision 34 in 2012, Rodríguez spent 13 years in the Bay Area.

She joined KDTV Univision 14 as assignment manager in 1999 and was promoted to executive producer six years later.

A native of Nicaragua, Rodríguez got her start at KVEA as assignment desk editor in 1994, following an internship at the station.
