Telemundo network hires Feldman as political reporter

February 26, 2020 by Veronica Villafañe

Telemundo network has hired Emmy-award winning journalist Leonardo Feldman as a political reporter to cover the 2020 Elections.

He has moved to Miami for the new job, after spending almost 6 years in Washington, D.C., where he was most recently an international reporter and MMJ for Voice of America.

Prior to VOA, he was the host and founder of “El Mundo Al Segundo,” a digital news channel that gained over 220,000 followers on Facebook.

Before that, he worked as an MMJ and fill-in anchor at WZDC, the then-owned ZGS Telemundo affiliate in the nation’s capital (now a Telemundo O&O) from 2014 to 2017.

Feldman began his career at Telemundo New Mexico as an MMJ.

His move to Miami is a return of sorts. He interned at Deportes Telemundo twice while in college, and had the opportunity to work the London 2012 Olympics with NBC/Deportes Telemundo as a runner.

So what does he bring to the table? I don’t know him, but I hope his analysis will include the other perspective, the conservative view and not the same extreme leftist/socialist propaganda that Telemundo and all the other outlets involve in. Conservatives and moderates combined conform much more than half of the country, but are not represented as such in TV and news in general. Latinos are mostly conservative and over one third are Republicans, but are always ignored. The anti Republican and mostly, anti-Trunp in Telemundo and TV is sickening.
