October 21, 2020 by Veronica Villafañe

Juan González is moving east to another Telemundo station.

He’ll be joining Telemundo 31 in Orlando as meteorologist for the station’s 5, 5:30, 6 and 11 pm weekday newscasts.

González is leaving KTAZ Telemundo Arizona, where he has worked as meteorologist since 2016.

Gonzalez’s on-air debut on Telenoticias 31 will be November 9.

Prior to his role at Telemundo’s Phoenix station, he worked in his native Cuba, where he obtained his degree in Meteorology from Instituto Superior de Tecnologias y Ciencias Aplicadas (inSTEC).
