Claudia Simonés named anchor and reporter at Telemundo Las Vegas

Claudia Simonés moves to Telemundo Las Vegas for a step up to the anchor desk.

She’ll be anchoring the station’s 5 and 5:30 pm weekday newscasts. She will also be a reporter.

Her on-air debut is today, January 4.

Simonés was most recently an MMJ with Telemundo 48 in the Bay Area since 2019.

She previously worked as an MMJ at the Entravision-owned Univision San Diego from 2017 to 2019. Before that, she spent two years at Univision Palm Springs and at Univision McAllen from 2014 to 2015.

She began her career as a Traffic Reporter for Total Traffic & Weather Network in 2012.
