Rafael Bello has taken on a new on-air role at Univision 41. He is now weekday news anchor for “Al Despertar” and midday newscast “Edición Digital Nueva York.”
Bello steps into the new position five years since he joined the station as early morning weather anchor.
Prior to Univision 41, he worked as weekend sports anchor at rival Telemundo 47 in New York.
His past experience includes jobs as co-host of a weekend sports show with ESPN Deportes Radio and sports anchor for Noticias SIN in his native Dominican Republic.
