Telemundo 62 adds Crishtbel Mora and Valeria Aponte to news team

Telemundo 62 Philadelphia has added Crishtbel Mora and Valeria Aponte to its news team.

Mora, who joins the station as a multimedia journalist, started the new job this week.

Aponte will come on board as an anchor and reporter starting June 20.

A native of Venezuela, Mora arrives to Philadelphia from Miami, where she was a national news correspondent for Estrella TV. She was previously a news correspondent for Estrella TV in Texas.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Aponte made the move to Philadelphia from Arizona, where she was a correspondent for Univision’s Noticias 24/7 streaming service.

Before that, Aponte was a political journalist for Telemundo Arizona. She previously worked as a video journalist, anchor and producer for Telemundo in Washington, DC.
