June 16, 2022 by Veronica Villafañe

Telemundo 62 Philadelphia has added Crishtbel Mora and Valeria Aponte to its news team.

Mora, who joins the station as a multimedia journalist, started the new job this week.

Aponte will come on board as an anchor and reporter starting June 20.

A native of Venezuela, Mora arrives to Philadelphia from Miami, where she was a national news correspondent for Estrella TV. She was previously a news correspondent for Estrella TV in Texas.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Aponte made the move to Philadelphia from Arizona, where she was a correspondent for Univision’s Noticias 24/7 streaming service.

Before that, Aponte was a political journalist for Telemundo Arizona. She previously worked as a video journalist, anchor and producer for Telemundo in Washington, DC.
