Yoselyn Castellanos joins Telemundo Nuevo México

Telemundo Nuevo México has added Yoselyn Castellanos to its weather team.

She made her on-air debut Monday, October 17.

Castellanos arrives to KASA-TV from Entravision’s group of stations in McAllen, TX where she was a multimedia journalist since August 2021, joining the company straight out of college.

She is currently completing a B.S. in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.

Castellanos joins anchors Alejandro Contreras and Mayra Aguilar and reporters Sergio Guerrero and Jaime Arteaga.

    They can choose any name they want for their show..
    But the name of the State is New Mexico.
    What’s next… calling Texas “Tejas”, George Washington “Jorge Washington” or New Hampshire “Nuevo Hampshire”…?
