April 14, 2023 by Veronica Villafañe

After more than a decade at the helm of the Miami station, Claudia Puig has left her general manager role at Univision 23.

TelevisaUnivision has appointed her to the newly created position of SVP for State Government Affairs and Political Partner Solutions.

She’ll continue to be based in Miami, reporting directly to Steve Haro, EVP of Government Affairs.

Her new responsibilities include building and leading state government relations efforts in support of TelevisaUnivision’s legislative, regulatory, and policy goals and priorities.
