Valle out at KVEA-52

November 2, 2010 by Veronica Villafañe

Jose Valle

José Valle, President and General Manager of Telemundo’s KVEA-52 and KWHY-22 in Los Angeles has resigned from his job at the station.

Sources tell me his departure was announced yesterday during a staff meeting.

José was appointed to the top job at KVEA in December of 2007, replacing Manuel Abud, who was reassigned after the scandal involving anchor/reporter Mirthala Salinas and L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.

José arrived to L.A. from Dallas, where he was GM at KXTX-39.
