Fusion reveals logo

May 8, 2013 by Veronica Villafañe

Fusion-logo650Fusion, the ABC/Univision joint venture, today revealed its logo.  In a statement, Beau Ferrari, interim President for Fusion and EVP of Operations for Univision Networks says “the logo is a powerful representation of Fusion’s identity.”

The Fusion logo was developed by LA-based design firm Buster in collaboration with Lubin Lawrence and the team at Fusion.

There is still no set date for the new cable net’s launch.  The press release only states “second half of 2013,” but last week an inside source confirmed a launch delay, saying Fusion would probably not go live until December.

Is it just me or does this logo bear a striking similarity to Televisa’s Foro TV network?
