Silvia García was promoted from Senior Director to VP of Media Planning and Multiplatform Strategy at Univision. Based in Miami, she will work closely with other divisions to build out media planning and strategy supporting Univision’s digital, radio, local and empowerment platforms.
In her new role, García will drive media planning for over $500 million worth of inventory across Univision’s on-air platforms on broadcast and cable.
She joined Univision in June 2012. Before that, she spent 15 years as a media planner at Discovery Communications.
