Espuelas renews contract with Univision Radio

January 17, 2014 by Veronica Villafañe

Univision América has renewed “El Show de Fernando Espuelas” for another two years.

The Washington, D.C.-based political radio talk show, which airs live Monday through Friday from 2 to 4 pm ET, is one of the Univision radio network’s top shows.

Fernando Espuelas launched the radio show in July 2008.  It was originally produced out of Los Angeles, but moved to D.C. in April of last year.

The show has national distribution across all Univision-owned platforms.  It also has digital distribution through iHeart radio, Uforia and Tune-in, and streams online through the Univision America network.

Espuelas, co-founder and first CEO of Starmedia, the first pan-Latin Internet portal in the mid 1990’s, is now also a television, radio and print political analyst, frequently featured on NPR and the Huffington Post.
