Univision Radio picks up two syndicated shows

Univision Local Media signed a radio content agreement with AL&CM Broadcasting Networks to pick up the Alex “El Genio” Lucas Show, to complement its national radio portfolio.

Under the agreement, Adult Contemporary stations WPPN in Chicago, KOVE in Houston, KBRG in San Francisco-San Jose, KFZO in Dallas and KLJA in Austin will carry the “Alex ‘El Genio’ Lucas Show” Monday through Saturday during the morning drive.

Univision Local Media also signed a deal with Entravision Solutions Audio Network to syndicate “El Show de Erazno y La Chokolata” in five Univision Regional Mexican radio stations across the U.S. including: KSOL in San Francisco/San Jose, WOJO in Chicago, KLNO in Dallas, KLTN in Houston, KLQB in Austin.

The Alex “El Genio” Lucas Show features a mix of music, talk-radio, comedy sketches and sports updates with David Faitelson.

The cast of “El Show de Erazno y La Chokolata,” led by Oswaldo Diaz, uses comedy to engage listeners through skits and impersonations, and includes news, popular culture, and human interest segments.
