Rodríguez starts as weekend anchor at Telemundo Phoenix

Victor Hugo Rodríguez is Telemundo Phoenix’s new weekend anchor and multimedia journalist.

His first day on the anchor desk was September 21.

During the past three years, he was a national correspondent for Telemundo network in Los Angeles and Houston.

The move marks his return to Telemundo Phoenix, where he worked as a news reporter. He also spent nine years as a correspondent, and anchor for Univision Phoenix.

Rodríguez got his start in TV news in 2000, working on the assignment desk at KVEA Telemundo 52 in Los Angeles.
