Edgardo Sanabria moves to Telemundo Nuevo México

December 8, 2021 by Veronica Villafañe

Edgardo Sanabria is on the move again.

He has been named assistant news director for KASA Telemundo Nuevo México, effective immediately.

He’ll be responsible for overseeing the station’s newsroom operations and report to station president and GM Tony Canales.

The newly acquired Telemundo station currently does not have a news director.

In what is his second move in a year, Sanabria will be relocating to Albuquerque from Texas, where he was assistant news director at KTDO Telemundo 48 in El Paso since April 5.

Before that, he had moved from KSTS 48, Telemundo’s O&O in the Bay Area, where he spent 4 years as executive producer.

Sanabria’s past experience includes roles as producer at KTLM Telemundo 40 in McAllen and radio and television stations in his native Puerto Rico.
