Daniella Guzman starts 2022 as KPRC weeknight anchor

January 7, 2022 by Veronica Villafañe

Daniella Guzman has returned to Houston NBC affiliate KPRC to anchor the stations 6 and 10 p.m. weeknight newscasts, alongside Kris Gutierrez.

She is set to start on January 10.

Guzman signed off at the KNBC in Los Angeles in December 2021 to return home. She had been an anchor of NBC4′s “Today in LA” since 2014.

The Houston native started as a KPRC 2 news intern. She returned to the station to work as a reporter and weekend anchor in 2006, where she remained until she moved to WMAQ in Chicago for a job as a morning anchor.

Before joining KPRC, she worked at KTMD Telemundo Houston and Univision network in Miami.
