Grecia Carrillo is moving to Los Angeles – the number one Hispanic DMA – to co-anchor Telemundo 52’s weekday early morning newscast.
Carrillo will join news anchor Sandra O’Neill and weather anchor Marcos Mora.
She’ll make her on-air debut in late August.
She replaces Guillermo Ochoa, who moved to Telemundo Houston in June.
Carrillo arrives to Telemundo 52 from sister stations Telemundo 33 Sacramento and Telemundo 51 Fresno, where she worked as an anchor and multimedia journalist for Noticiero Telemundo California since 2020.
She was previously a morning anchor and reporter for Univision 19 Sacramento.
