Conroy, Lee take new, expanded roles at Univision

Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) today announced that it has named Kevin Conroy Chief Strategy and Data Officer and President, Enterprise Development for UCI, and Isaac Lee as UCI President of News & Digital and Fusion CEO.

Conroy and Lee will continue to report to UCI President and CEO Randy Falco. Conroy will continue to be based in New York and Lee in Miami.

In a new, expanded role, Conroy will lead UCI’s efforts in data, next generation measurement and consumer insights. He will also continue to lead the Company’s Enterprise Development team, focused on identifying and incubating new business opportunities across UCI’s diverse portfolio of brands.

Conroy, who joined Univision in 2009, was promoted to President, UIM and Enterprise Development in 2011, helped lead the launch of bilingual digital video network UVideos, digital audio product Uforia, and the roll out of a new modernized on demand and live streaming digital video platform.

He’ll also continue to lead Univision’s Enterprise Development team, which has launched products such as Tarjeta Univision, a reloadable prepaid card for Hispanics, and prepaid wireless service Univision Mobile.

Lee, who was named Fusion CEO in 2013, in addition to his role as President of Univision news,
will now also lead the company’s digital efforts across UCI.

Since joining UCI in 2010, Lee helped establish the Univision News joint venture with ABC to launch Fusion cable network.

His team has also created partnerships with organizations such as Variety, Red Bull Media House and Participant Media, among others.

    Deberia mas bien ponerle una velita a Papa Azcarraga por tanta mermelada y cacao que le ha dado en esa rosca.
    Ya que no puede establecerse de regreso en Colombia, que aproveche la bacaneria de ser Jefe. Que berraquera tan juemadre pues.
