Mercedes promoted to SVP at Univision

Rosemary Mercedes UnivisionRosemary Mercedes steps up from Vice President to Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications at Univision, effective immediately.

She’ll continue to be based in New York and report to Mónica Talán, EVP of Corporate Communications and Public Relations.

Rosemary, who joined Univision’s New York-based communications team in 2006, was promoted to VP in 2012, the year she was chosen to form part of the company’s inaugural Leadership Development Program.

In 2013, she was selected as one of the top 40-Under-40 PR Professionals in the U.S. by PR Week magazine.

Prior to Univision, she was Manager of Public Information for Pace University.
